Florida’s Growth Management Law
As the result of HB7207 there have been significant changes to Florida’s Growth Management Law. As the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for the four governments in Hillsborough County, the City-County Planning Commission is convening a series of staff workshops with all jurisdictions to discuss the changes, process, impact and alternatives.
