Plant City Adopted Comprehensive Plans
The Comprehensive Plan for the City of Plant City (Plan) has been updated, which was formally adopted by the Plant City City Commission, on April 13, 2009 (Ordinance 11-2009). As a result of extensive public outreach and coordination with local and state agencies, this Plan has been updated to address the major issues facing the City of Plant City. New and revised goals, objectives and policies have been adopted by the Plant City City Commission and approved by the State Department of Community Affairs (DCA). DCA found the updated Plan "In Compliance" with state law on June 16, 2009. The updated Comprehensive Plan for the City of Plant City became legally enforceable on July 7, 2009.
