Tampa, Temple Terrace and Plant City Plan Updates Continue

The Cities Planning Team is in the final year of a multi-year planning effort to update the long-range comprehensive plans which guide the future for the Cities of Tampa, Plant City and Temple Terrace. Each plan is tailored to the unique circumstances of each city, and the topics citizens said were the most critical ones facing their future. Additionally, each plan contains requirements mandated by State law.

I-4 Corridor Study Begins

Community Open Houses and Workshops are now underway to evaluate the development potential along the I-4 corridor.

Residents Still LOUD and CLEAR on Growth and Transportation in the County

For the sixth consecutive year, the Planning Commission conducted an annual Quality of Life Survey in Hillsborough County. Citizens evaluated eighteen quality of life factors based on their perception of that factor compared to last year.

Update to Hillsborough’s Comprehensive Plan Complete

Three years of hard work has come to completion with the Board of County Commissioners adoption of the Future of Hillsborough Comprehensive Plan for Unincorporated Hillsborough County.
