The Planning Commission is pleased to invite entries to its 26th Annual Community Design Awards Program to recognize excellence in planning, landscape architecture, environmental sensitivity and architectural design in building and development projects throughout Hillsborough County. The Community Design Awards Program is a well-respected program that honors the very best in planning and community design offered in Hillsborough County. Its aim is to call attention to well-planned projects. Some may serve as models for others so that they may learn and imitate.
Award Categories Include:
1. Affordable Housing
2. Residential Projects
3. Urban Infill or Reuse
4. Historic Preservation/Restoration
5. Commercial, Institutional, Public or Quasi-Public Projects
6. Environmental Projects
7. Master Planning & Urban Design
8. Public Participation Projects
9. “Green” Projects (NEW CATEGORY)

NEW SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT: All entries must be submitted in digital format on CD. Four (4) CD’s must be submitted including all items below.
