This decision to consolidate the manuals for all four jurisdictions into one document reduces the cost of plan amendments for both the taxpayers and the applicants. The simplified Procedures Manual is far more user-friendly and expedites the length of the overall process. The manual has been approved by Hillsborough County, Tampa, Temple Terrace, and Plant City, by resolution.
