Any person wishing to appeal a decision made by the Planning Commission will need a record of the proceedings, and for that purpose, will need to arrange for a verbatim recording of the proceedings that includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  Unofficial captioning of the Planning Commission may be found online through HTV22, the agency responsible for broadcasting the Planning Commission regular meetings and the Unincorporated County's public hearings.
