How do I find out where public meetings are?

The Planning Commission calendar contains the schedule of all forthcoming meetings.
The Planning Commission meets the second Monday of each month (excluding July) in Regular Meetings. Workshops, when they are scheduled, generally follow after the conclusion of the Regular Meeting and both Workshops and Regular Meetings are broadcast by HTV-22. Public Hearings are meetings where the Planning Commission makes recommendations on amendments to the Comprehensive Plan.
Additionally, the Planning Commission staff routinely make presentations to various groups in the community. These outreach events are also scheduled on our calendar of events.
