Subdivision Trends

The Planning Commission's Research and Economic Analysis team prepares research and detailed analysis related to new construction as well as ongoing trends.  Below you will find several resources related to construction but, since these items do not neatly fall into any of our other categories, they are filed here.

The following resources are particularly useful if you have questions related to which sections of the county are the fastest growing.  The spreadsheets below will allow you to identify these areas based on Census Tract, location or section-township-range.

If you choose to use the Permits by Code files, please review the PCode instructions to best understand this data (available here.)
