The Planning Commission prepares a number of reports detailing building permit activity throughout Hillsborough County. The quarterly permit data is available as a series of downloadable spreadsheets that encompass all data currently tracked by the Planning Commission.

Published annually in pdf format, the Permits Report provides a comprehensive overview of construction activity throughout the year. Since it began publication in 1989, the Permits Reports have tracked residential and non-residential permit activity.  The annual summary addresses trends and themes that occured in the preceding year.
