Permits

The Planning Commission prepares reports detailing building permit activity throughout Hillsborough County. This quarterly data is listed on the left in a series of spreadsheets that encompass all data currently tracked by the Planning Commission. You will need to use the worksheet tabs at the bottom of each spreadsheet to navigate the report.

Published annually in pdf format, the Permits Report provides a comprehensive overview of construction activity throughout the year. Since it began publication in 1989, the Permits Reports have tracked residential and non-residential permit activity. The annual summary addresses trends and themes that occured in the preceding year.
