Amendments Adopted by the BOCC October 14, 2010
These amendments will be transmitted to the Department of Community for Compliance review. Once that determination is made (within 45 days of reciept) the DCA will public a "Notice of Intent". 21 days from the published date the approved amendments will become effective.
