Affadavit to Authorize Agent

If the Plan Amendment applicant is other then the property owner, a completed and signed Affadavit to Authorize Agent form is required at the time the application is submitted.

This includes a description and specific intent of each Future Land Use (FLU)classification shown on the adopted Hillsborough County Future Land Use Map. NOTE: Use the bookmark tab to easily scroll to the FLU classification you are interested in.

Plan Amendment Log

This log provides a description and identifies actions taken on Plan Amendments submitted from 1989 to present. Use the drop down arrow on the title headings to search by specific characteristics including year, land use category, road name, etc...Do not rely on this information in making land use decisions.
