CPA 09-04 Future Land Use Element Text change. Rural Commercial Future Land Use Category.
Proposed new land use category entitled Rural Commercial (RC). It would allow for commercial uses in the Rural Area where existing commercial uses exist as well as having direct proximity to collector roadway intersections. This text amendment further provides for the connection to public water and public sewer services where non-residential uses are proposed greater than 40,000 square feet. ***************The January 12, 2009 Planning Commission Public Hearing was continued to February 9, 2009 at 5:30 pm. This amendment will be heard at the February 9th Public Hearing.*************
