CPA 08-11 Future Land Use Map change. Van Dyke Road and Gunn Highway (Continued from 1st Cycle 2008)
Proposed change of 27.9 acres from Residential-1 (RES-1) to Neighborhood Mixed-Use (NMU-3) plan category. **********The January 12, 2009 Planning Commission Public Hearing was continued to February 9, 2009 at 5:30 pm. This amendment will be heard at the February 9th Public Hearing.
CPA 08-12 Future Land Use Text change. Van Dyke Road and Gunn Highway (Continued from 1st Cycle 2008 )
Proposed revision to the following policies: AA-4.1 (Limited densities in the rural area to no greater than 1 dwelling unit per 5 gross acres), AA-4.8 (Public water and sewer shall not be permitted to extend in the rural areas), and AA-4.12 (Consideration criteria for connections to existing water/wastewater systems in the Rural Area). The rationale for revising these policies is to support the proposed map amendment at Van Dyke Road and Gunn Highway (CPA 08-11). ****************The January 12, 2009 Planning Commission Public Hearing was continued to February 9, 2009 at 5:30 pm. This amendment will be heard at the February 9th Public Hearing.
CPA 08-15 Future Land Use Map change: McIntosh Road and U.S Highway 92 (Continued to 2nd Cycle 2009)
Proposed change of 58.51 acres from Residential-1 (RES-1) to Light Industrial-Planned (LI-P) plan category. Continued from the 1st Cycle 2008 to 1st Cycle 2009, and then continued again to 2nd Cycle 2009 by the applicant.
CPA 09-01 Livable Communities Text and Map change. Keystone-Odessa Community Plan boundary revision (Previously submitted in the 1st Cycle 2008 and identified as CPA 08-10. The proposed amendment was withdrawn by the applicant and resubmitted.)
Proposed removal of 36.58 acres from the boundaries of the Keystone-Odessa Community Plan, and the expansion of the Urban Service Area boundary to include the property.

This is an update to the Hillsborough County Capital Improvements Plan FY 2009-13.
CPA 09-04 Future Land Use Element Text change. Rural Commercial Future Land Use Category.
Proposed new land use category entitled Rural Commercial (RC). It would allow for commercial uses in the Rural Area where existing commercial uses exist as well as having direct proximity to collector roadway intersections.
