I-4 Maps
This folder contains various maps relating to the corridor. Many of these study maps will assist in the development of study recommendations.
- Interstate-4 Asset Map
- This maps highlights the assets near the Interstate-4 Corridor.
- Interstate-4 Community Plan Areas
- This map illustrates the areas where community plans either exist or are in process.
- Interstate-4 Future Land Use Map
- This map illustrates the future land use categories in the study area, including the land use categories in Tampa, Temple Terrace, and Plant City.
- Interstate-4 Existing Land Use Map
- This map illustrates the existing uses on the land. This data is provided by the Property Appraiser.
- Interstate-4 Zoning Districts
- This map illustrates the zoning districts in the study area. The zoning is given for all jurisdictions: Hillsborough County, Tampa, Temple Terrace, and Plant City.
- Interstate-4 Roadway Functional Classification
- This map illustrates the classification of roadways in the study area.
- Interstate-4 Deficient Roadways 2008
- This map illustrates the roadways that currently do not meet the level of service requirements.
- Interstate-4 Deficient Roadways 2025
- This map illustrates the roadways that will not meet the required level of service in 2025, the horizon year for the I-4 Corridor Study.
- Interstate-4 Corridor TBARTA Recommendations
- This map illustrates the recommendations regarding transit in the study area.
- Interstate-4 Transportation Improvement Analysis
- Several sites were selected along the corridor for study in order to determine potential cost for transportation improvements. This map illustrates the potential improvements that would have to be made in order to meet level of service standards.
- Interstate-4 Environmental Conditions
- This map illustrates the environmental conditions along the corridor. In the case that redevelopment occurs along the corridor, the environmental constraints would have to be considered.
- Interstate-4 Capital Improvement Projects
- This map illustrates the approved Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for the study area.
