Upcoming Events

The I-4 Project Team has the following scheduled:

• The Board of County Commissioners will have a workshop on the proposed I-4 Green Tech Corridor plan amendment on January 14, 2010.  Currently the amendment is being reviewed by commenting agencies and neighborhood associations.
• The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled for 5:30pm March 22, 2010.
• The Plant City team filed Comprehensive Plan amendments relating to the Interstate-4 Green Technology Corridor on November 6, 2009.
• The Cities team will be filing a plan amendment in the Spring of 2010 to designate the Tampa Industrial Park as part of the I-4 Green Technology Corridor.
• The project management team has completed the Existing Conditions Report.  Look under the Core Study Team folder (below) for the copy of the final report (17.3 MB document).  At the August 11, 2009 BOCC Land Use Meeting, the report was accepted and the BOCC provided policy direction for the implementation phase of the study.  You can view the BOCC discussion by access HTV's Video on Demand page:  http://65.49.32.144/ppportal/agenda/search.aspx.
