- The Core Study Team will be discussing these draft standards in preparation for the filing of the plan amendment.
- Discussion Map: Refinement of Shovel-Ready Areas
- This map was discussed at the Core Study Team meeting with the aim of refining the "star" map and having a better understanding of the sites that will be designated as shovel ready. The Planning Commission, with property owner consent, will change the future land use category and zoning on these properties as part of the implementation of the I-4 Corridor Plan.
