Community Plan Amendment Process: Meeting Schedule

The Community Plan Amendment Process schedule is as follows:

February 18, 2009, 5:30pm-7:30pm, 26th Floor County Center: Workshop #4 - Review of Comments Received on January draft and Review of Revised draft language

The Community Plan Amendment process will be refiled as a continued case in the Second Cycle of Plan Amendments. That schedule is as follows (dates may change, so please check this site often):

February 28, 2009: Filing deadline for 2nd Cycle 2009 Plan Amendments
March 9, 2009: Planning Commission Briefing, 2pm, 18th Floor Boardroom at County Center
April 13, 2009: Planning Commission Workshop, 2pm, 18th Floor Boardroom at County Center
June 8, 2009: Planning Commission Public Hearing, 5:30pm, 18th Floor Boardroom at County Center
June 10, 2009: Board of County Commissioners Workshop, Time to be Determined, 2nd Floor Chambers, County Center
July 23, 2009: Board of County Commissioners Transmittal Public Hearing, 6pm, 2nd Floor Chambers, County Center
August 13, 2009: Board of County Commissioners Transmittal Public Hearing continuation date, if not all cases are heard at the July 23 hearing
October 15, 2009: Board of County Commissioners Adoption Public Hearing, 6pm, 2nd Floor Chambers, County Center
December 3, 2009: Board of County Commissioners Adoption Public hearing continuation date, if necessary
