- Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) Adopted June 8, 2005
- The adopted EAR has been submitted to the State Department of Community Affairs (DCA) for review and a “Sufficiency” determination. DCA has 90 days from the receipt of the EAR to make this determination. Following the finding of “Sufficiency”, the Planning Commission will update the Plan in order to implement the recommendation in the EAR through the Plan Amendment process. EAR related amendments must be adopted within 18 month from the date the report was found “Sufficient”.
- EAR-based Plan Amendments - 1st Cycle 2007
- This link will send you to the folder that contains all of the proposed plan amendments that respond to recommendations contained in the Evaluation and Appraisal Report. The EAR-based amendments will be considered with the 1st cycle of 2007 plan amendments. The Planning Commission will hold a series of workshops covering these issues on October 9, November 13, and December 11, 2006. The public hearing will be held on January 8, 2007.

- EAR Findings and Strategies Workshop Series
- These workshops were held to familiar the Planning Commission (PC) with the strategies and potential amendment being developed to implement EAR recommendations. Workshops were also held on the same topics with the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC)on the following dates: April 12th, May 24th, August 9th and August 23rd, 2006.
