Balm Community Plan
The Hillsborough County City-County Planning Commission invites you to participate in of a series of public meetings and workshops to develop a Community Plan for the Balm area. This project is one of several community plans being prepared for unincorporated areas of Hillsborough County. The Planning Commission will be working with area stakeholders to develop this community plan. We want to hear your ideas on how a community plan can make a positive impact on the Balm area.
