Scenic Corridors Update

A scenic corridor program was initiated in 1989 for unincorporated Hillsborough County and is being updated.  Documents from this process are posted below.  A working committee met several times to provide input regarding the proposed changes to the scenic corridor map and associated policies.  Comprehensive Plan Amendments were submitted as part of the second round of year 2011 to update the scenic corridor map and provide guidance regarding future amendments to the scenic corridor Land Development Code regulations.  At their May 9th, Public Hearing, the Planning Commission continued this agenda item to the first round of year 2012 plan amendments.
