Cities Workshop 02/27/2006

Planning Commission Workshop held in the Planning Commission Boardroom, 601 East Kennedy, 18th Floor. Planning Commission staff will present the summary findings of the draft Evaluation and Appraisal Reports (EAR) of the comprehensive plans for the cities of Plant City, Tampa and Temple Terrace. Staff will be available to answer any questions and address any concerns the Planning Commission may have. The Evaluation and Appraisal Report is the first of a two part process to update the long-range comprehensive plans for each of the three cities. The state deadline to complete these reports is 2006. The Planning Commission is on schedule to meet this deadline. The second part of this process will be the development and adoption of plan amendments to update the comprehensive plans based on the findings of the Evaluation and Appraisal Reports.
