2010 Meetings
Agendas for public meetings, hearings and workshops are available no later than a week before the meeting date. Beginning in December 2010, the Planning Commission has consolidated the agenda and agenda items into one folder called the E-Packet. The folder includes all material associated with the meeting. Users downloading the folder can follow hyperlinks between the agenda and each agenda item.

- Regular Meeting to begin at 2 PM with two workshops to follow immediately afterwards. Workshop 1 on Amendments to the Hillsborough County Comprehensive Plan to take place in the Planning Commission Boardroom. Workshop 2 on 2011 Annual Community Design Awards Program to take place in the Planning Commission Manatee Room. Public Hearing on amendment to Hillsborough County's Capital Improvements Element to begin at 5:30 PM. Public Hearing on amendments to the City of Plant City's Comprehensive Plan to begin immediately afterwards. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings to take place in the Planning Commission's Boardroom.

- Public Information Committee (PIC) Meeting to begin at 1:00 P.M. in the Planning Commission's Manatee Room. Regular Meeting to begin at 2:00 P.M. in the Planning Commission's Boardroom. Workshop to begin immediately at the conclusion of the Regular Meeting in the Manatee Room.

- Planning Commission Regular Meeting to begin at 2:00 PM. Two workshops to follow immediately afterward. Public Hearing on amendments to the City of Tampa Comprehensive Plan to begin at 5:30 PM.
- July 12, 2010
- The Planning Commission will hear four Comprehensive Plan amendments that were continued by the BOCC to the 2nd Cycle of 2010 Plan Amendments on July 12th at 5:30 PM. These amendments include: CPA 10-12 (The Brandon Community Plan), CPA 10-11 (The Seffner-Mango Community Plan), and CPA 10-14 & CPA 10-15 (I-4 Green Tech Corridor Map and Text amendments).

- Regular Meeting to begin at 2:00 P.M. Two Workshops to commence at the conclusion of the Regular Meeting. The first Workshop will be on forthcoming amendments to the City of Tampa Comprehensive Plan and the Unincorporated County's Comprehensive Plan. The second Workshop will address liability insurance for Directors and Officers as well as public comment guidelines. - Regular Meeting to begin at 3:00 p.m. Two Public Hearings to begin at 5:30 p.m. The first Public Hearing, CPA 09-06, concerns the City of Tampa. The second Public Hearing begins at the conclusion of the first Public Hearing and consists of three amendments to the Unincorporated County's Comprehensive Plan.
