Community/Neighborhood Plans
The staff of the Planning Commission, in coordination with the planning departments of Hillsborough County, Tampa, Temple Terrace, and Plant City, develop mid-range plans for communities and neighborhoods.
The development of community/neighborhood plans is community-based, with staff working with area residents, business owners, and other stakeholders to create a vision for their community. This vision provides a guide for development within the area.
