The Planning Commission meets at 2:00 pm with Public Hearings at 5:30 pm on the 2nd Monday of the month on the 18th floor of the, 601 E. County Center Building Kennedy Blvd. in downtown Tampa.
The proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan may be inspected by the public one week in advance.

NOTICE City of Tampa Comprehensive Plan Amendment Public Hearing - Monday, August 10 - 5:30 p.m.
The following amendments will be heard on August 10. PA 09-01 - a study and the need for any plan amendments for an area in the vicinity of 50th Street and 10th Avenue, approximately 250 acres. PA 09-02 - to incorporate the city of Tampa's long-term policy addressing the Tampa Port Authority Mas-ter Plan’s long term direction including the Port's mission statement, land and asset based strategic priorities. PA 09-03 - approximately 3.5 acres from Medium Density Residential (R-35) to Community Mixed Use-35 in the vicinity of Busch Boulevard and N. 50th Street.
